The prostate massager has the same soft silicone feel as the beads, but is shorter with more girth and a curve that aims straight for the P-spot. The vibe really hums in this toy!
Some reviews mention difficulties removing the vibrator from the toys. I applied some LH anal lube to the vibe before inserting it into either toy (per the instructions) and it easily pulled right out.
I have not used these in a situation where I've needed to be very quiet, but didn't find the vibe to be very loud. Once inserted, it's barely noticeable.
